Lost All Pics!

Help! I was having trouble uploading photos to Lightroom. I deleted the app and downloaded again. Upon signing in none of my preset purchases or photos are there. How can I get them back? I had years of photos!

Help! Same problem in here! Last week ive got a logout message, after login in again, everything about 2020 have gone. Tried subscribing again but no solution.

Any answer? Please!

Jen, are you a subscriber?  I don't see any subscription for your account here.  Maybe this means you are signed into the wrong account?  Have you tried other logins? 

 

If you are not subscribed for syncing to cloud storage, then the photos and presets you imported would be deleted from the device when you deleted the app.  Is it possible you have a backup of your device from when you still had the photos and presets installed, which you could restore onto your device?

This just happened to me! I am freaking out and I can't get ahold of adobe support to help with the problem

I see that you are subscribed with the same account that you used to post on the forums.  Please sign into this same account in Lightroom.  I hope this helps!
