Lost my android edits due to profile switch on the same email

Hello,

I've lost access to my lightroom edits due to new license (new profile) on android device, however on the same email. 

I didn't uninstall/reinstall the app, but only logged in again to new profile, so the data should be on the device, but I can't select old profile in the lightroom app anymore.

 

Please help, edits are important for me to migrate to new profile.

    This is a sensitive case, so I’d strongly recommend not logging in and out repeatedly, as that can risk further data loss if anything is still cached locally.

     

    From what you described:

    • You switched profiles under the same email

    • Your edits were likely tied to the previous profile context

    Also, I checked that you are using an enterprise account with multiple profiles.

     

    In enterprise setups, profiles are treated as separate environments, even when they use the same email address. As a result, data (including edits) may not be accessible across profiles.

     

    Best next step:

    • Please get in touch with your organization’s Admin who handles Adobe accounts

    • Ask them to raise a ticket with Adobe Enterprise Support
