Lost my Data

Hello Guys,

my Boyfriend updated LR pro (Abo 1TB) for his account and wanted to change the Abo with me, cause he didn't use it so much. Then he changed the E-Mail-Adress and Name from his to me.
After this i logged out on my iPhone Applikation and logged new in with my account and now i have the 1 TB Abo, but all my pictures are lost (from my old "normal" LR account) and all my presets (+ the presets i brought). ;-(

Is there a possibility to get back my old pictures from the app and the presets i brought? Cause they're all lost to the update of the pro version on my iPhone ;-(

please help!!!

Try logging back on with your old account on the phone. The images might (hopefully) still be in that account. If you only use a phone, you might not be able to migrate the images to the 1TB account. You will need a desktop computer to do that. To do that, use Lightroom CC on the Desktop computer. On the desktop computer, use Lightroom Downloader "Download synced Lightroom photos and videos from the cloud to a computer" ​and download all images from your old account. Then make sure you are logged on to the new 1TB account in the creative cloud app on the desktop and open Lightroom CC. Now import all the images you downloaded using the downloader into Lightroom CC. After a while they will show up on the phone too.
