Lost my preset option

Update of what? Your Android device, or the Lightroom Mobile app? Or both?

Are you using the free version of LrMobile?

If you have a subscription, and your cloud syncing was up to date, then provided you login with the same Adobe ID after the re-install all your image files and presets will still be available from the cloud.

If, however, you are using the free version, then I regret to inform you that unless you had a backup of the phone taken before the re-install then all your image files and presets are gone. They are only stored within the app's space on the phone and are automatically deleted when the app itself is deleted or updated.
