Lost my User Presets when I updated to 4.2

Question

I lost all of my User Presets when I updated to 4.2.  When I went back to 4.1, my presets were there.  Has anyone had success with getting your presets back on 4.2?  Otherwise, I'm just not going to update until they fix it.

That isn't a great user experience as presets are getting disappeared after the app update, we're sorry to hear about this. Let us help make it right.

Would you mind installing the latest update 4.3 of Lightroom Desktop and see if the issue persists?

Could you please check if the missing presets are in the location where Lightroom stores it? Are you able to get to your presets in Lightroom Web? Link: https://lightroom.adobe.com/
