Lost photos after changing to new phone

Hi,

I have a new phone and I've logged into Lightroom and all my photos are gone 😭

Please tell me I can get them back? 🙏

If you have a Lightroom Subscription then the photos should sync from the Cloud, if you are signed in with the same Adobe ID account details.

If you werw using the the free app, then you would need to restore from a device back up.

Thank you for your reply. I'm using the free app, but when we transferred everything over to the new phone the app was empty.
