Lost Photos on Mobile Sync

Hello.. I went on a trip and I backed up my photos on Lightroom mobile like every other year .except that this time when I got home there was a synchronization error with LR on PCet I lost 600 photos .. Thank you Adobe. deplorable

I'm so sorry to hear this happened. May I ask what kinda of error you saw? May I ask what your workflow was? If you downloaded them to your physical device they should still be there unless you delete them.

I didn't have an error massage.. I only have Lightroom Mobile installed on my phone and on the computer .. Every year I go on vacation and I save on my mobile and when I come back I synchronize on the computer .. but this time impossible to synchronize with the computer .after a few days I uninstalled Lightroom but when I reinstalled it there were no more photos of my tripI didn't have an error massage..
