Lost photos when forced to upgrade

It had been almost a year since I use Lightroom.  I started it up today and it forced me. to start a 7 day trial for Lightroom with 1TB and it is showing no photos or libraries.  How can I get this sorted out.  Thanks for the help.

You should go to the Apple Store and look at the subscriptions there.  If for some reason you can't see the duplicate subscriptions, please contact Apple.

Please make sure you are logging in with the correct account.  I see the account you've used in this forum is in the trial state, as you mentioned.  Please try loggin in with another account id-- I see a subscribed gmail account that may be associated with your name.

Peter, Thanks for the help you are correct.  I must have mistakenly set up this account.  Now I am having trouble figuring out how to cancel this one but keep the gmail one.  It is saying I set it up in the apple store so I have to cancel it there but the old one also used the apple account.  Any idea who to contact for help with this?
