Lost presets after iPhone upgrade

I upgraded to a new iPhone and my presets are no longer loaded in my app. How can I get them loaded back on my phone?

Are you using the free app or do you have a subscription?

Also, how did you transfer data from one iPhone to the other (using the Quick Start feature or iCloud Backup etc.)
