Lost presets, possible incorrect log in?

havent used lightroom on my Imac in a while, i had to recently reste my apple ID, which then lost all my log in details, once reset i havw had to log into my lightroom CC, which i use on my iphone all the time.

 

How ever it wont load the 1700 photos on the account or the presets i made over the last god knows how many years, various resetsting of passwords and jumping through hoops to just log in for complete f**k all basically. Lucky my phone hasnt logged my out as yet.

 

im assuming some how its not the same account, tried lots of deleteing app,s logging in and out, everything seems the same on the mac, same 8 photos and an apparent free trial. Yet my phone is  showing my usuall 9.99 payment a month on the same stnading date.

 

ANy advice before the laptop gets jumped on would be amainzg

  1. On your iPhone, open Lightroom. 
  2. Tap […]
  3. Tap [App Settings]
  4. write down the Adobe ID shown there.

 

In the Creative Cloud Desktop App on your iMac, click on your Avatar in the upper right. Does the Adobe ID under your name match the name from your iPhone? If, not, sign out of the Creative Cloud app and used the Adobe ID from step 4 above to sign back in.

Excellent Rik thank you, it seems i was never working fromthe email i assumed and had set one up as the back up account so was just going rond in circles for an hour.

 

How ever i can log in online in the correct account and see an overview of the correct photos and work, but cant seem to log out of the app itself on my imac?
