lost so many photos

hi all.

ive noticed that recenrly i lost a lot of photos and i thought that i had done something wrote until i read it was a geniune issue / bug from adobe.

firstly is there a way to get them back and secondly how do i back up my photos which are all stored on LR CC?

I see you have a the Photography Plan subscription, and Mac is tagged as a relevant topic. Are you missing photos from your iOS app or Mac app?

Just like 'Selendon' suggested, I wonder if signing into Lightroom via lightroom.adobe.com or via the mobile app (iOS or Android) shows missing photos?

If you had the free version of Lightroom then unfortunately you would probably need to restore from a back up of the device.

It sounds like you have a subscription though in which case your photos should sync from the cloud, you can check cloud contents at http://lightroom.adobe.com/
