LR 1TB prepaid code did not work

Hello everyone. 
my LR 1TB prepaid has expired. I bought a new key on Amazon and was able to redeem the code in the menu where the "expired" warning was (not creative.adobe.com/redeem)

The code was accepted but the prepaid subscription has not enabled yet. What was wrong? 
Looks like I wasted 120€
