Could you please share more details, like your exact workflow and system information from Help> System Info> Copy and paste it into a text file and attach it to your response? Also, when did you start noticing this issue? Maybe after an update to the OS or Lightroom, or a change in the setup. Please share a screen recording or step-by-step screenshots of the workflow and its results if possible. You can share via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or another public file-sharing platform. 

Meanwhile, try resetting your Lightroom preferences to see if it works.

To reset the Preferences:

1. Close Lightroom.

2. Hold down [Alt]+[Shift] while restarting Lightroom.

3. Overwrite the Preferences when prompted by the dialog.

4. Close Lightroom.

5. Restart Lightroom.
