LR cannot edit in PS 2024

Question

When trying to "Edit in PS 2024" from LR in a Mac, I get a message that LR cannot communicate with PS 2024, and to re-install PS. If I tell it to edit in the beta version of PS, it works as expected. What's the easiest way to correct this? Thanks!
