Lr CC for Android synchronisation to a cloud problem

Hello!

I use Lr CC on my Huawei P20 Pro. Android 9.

The synchronisation of the smartphone to a cloud happens with delay from hours to days.

Even if I turn on the smartphone's display and launch the app I should wait about 2-3 hours while my photos will backed up to a cloud. And it doesn't depend on the connection speed and the number of photos.

In the smartphone preferences I allowed all that is possible for the app, but it doesn't help.

This applies to either photos taken on the smartphone camera, or downloaded.

Can somebody help with it?
