LR CC Loading Issues "unable to connect to network" not responding and laggy

I realize that lightroom cc is heavy on ram use, barely uses the gpu or cpu, that being said, since the new update theres been periods where its just lagging, with low use of ram and almost 98% utilization of cpu. I'm not sure what is going on but its almost un usable in its current state.
