lr cloud Sync issue

Ipad M4  w ipados26 does since september 26 not sync with my desktop it, all off.worked fine up to that point,

Have you tried checking http://lightroom.adobe.com/ and seeing if there are any sync issues in the tab on the left. 
If there are any, deleting these can free up the sync, but bear in mind you would probably need to reimport them again, so ensure you have a back up.

I do check lightroom.adobe... find sync issues on 6900 my library is 478000... but any idea what I can do to resolve the sync issues?

turn off and then turn back on your ipad

do you have more than one adobe profile?  eg, do you a teams or enterprise subscription?
