LR Collection Web Share - Learn what Lightroom can do for you pop up

How do I stop 'Learn what Lightroom can do for you.' pop up when users are browsing web shared collections?  It happens on Chrome, Safari and FF without hovering over the button.  

Is this another 'ingenious' suggestion from the marketing department that negativly impacts the user experience or is this a bug?
