MacPro Ventura...LR  Desktop.... 100,000 Photos...The cloud almost filled.....

I want to delete all photos from iCloud. What are the specific steps?

How do I confirm that the photos are deleted?

Is there a way to delete the waiting period of permanently deleting photos (60 days)?

Is there a way to do a complete start over or delete all media I have copied?
