Lr doen't open : loading blue circle keeps turning

Hello ,

My Lr App doesn't show my photos or albums anymore. The loading blue circle keeps turning indefinitely. I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO.

I tried disactivating my account and reconnecting , uninstalling the app... but nothing.

Could you please help me ?

Sorry that Lightroom CC is not loading as a blue circle keeps spinning in loops.
