LR frequently switches itself off

Question

I want to mention two phenomena in Photoshop and Lightroom, I work with the latest version of Photoshop and Lightroom.

Problem with Lightroom.

Since the latest versions I have the problem that after having developed a picture and jumping to the next, LR switches off without memorizing its status. Restarting it I have to look up the directory I worked with. Its very annoying.

It is not about the history of developing steps, these are still there. It only affects the history of the last actions in the library (I think).

Problem with Photoshop.

Normally I have my tools at the left side of my screen. Working with a file it often happens the screen blacks out the moment I hover with my mouse over the tools to pick an other one. The screen immediately lights up again and I can go on. But never before this phenomenon happened.

My system is Windows 11 Home, version 23H2

Processor Intel Core i7-12700KF

Video Nvidia Geforce RTX 3060 Ti

Can anyone give me a clou?
