Lr iPad stuck Syncing Album Storing full res image

Lr iPad Albums cannot Store Locally full resolution images that are in the Cloud.

 

When I de-select Smart Previews the Sync process would be stuck after 20 or so pictures.

 

There are more than 3x the required space available in the iPad, internet speed 50+mbps.

 

I tried clearing the cache, restarting the ipad.. None works.. Aside from selecting Smart Preview after which the download would resume. 

 

I actually got the 1TB iPad Pro so that I can always have full resolution photos with me.

I just tried the same process with LR Android.. Full resolution files downloaded to the Album no problem... I hope Adobe will provide a resolution soon so that we can have the option of full resolution images stored locally on the iPad.
