LR keeps loosing my photo Catalogs. Cancelled my annual Plan. Cant uninstall Adobe programs anymore

After a few months with LR, my photo catalog was saddenly gone after I did an update. It happened again for the third time, so I messaged the help chat rooms, and  they couldnt help me.  All they asked was to make sure I save my pictures.  Again it happened two more times a moth later.  I lost a lot of edited photos from a weeding.   Finally I cancelled my annual plan and i was charged $19.99 for early cancellation. I think is unfair I got charge when LR kept deleting my albums and catalogs.  But now i have another problem where I cant even uninstall any of the adobe programs, even if I try many times.. Im running Widows 10.  Please HELP!
