LR Mobile 9 without premium no sync to shared album possible?

For years I am using Lightroom and the creative cloud abo, so I have premium features available.

I'm sharing several albums to my wife and friends and all of them were able to contibute, uploading fotos and videos to these albums via the LR iOS app.

From 9.x on this seems not to be possible anymore? LR app tells them to purchase the premium abo, so they can sync data to cloud?! Anyone else experiencing this issue? Uploading photos and videos via web interface is still possible for contributors of these shared albums (without abo) but until LR 9 mobile they could use the (free) LR mobile app as well...

Hi @Sascha2986820656lu

I am not able to reproduce any trouble.  Members of your shared albums with Can Contribute and Can Edit rights should be able to upload photos and videos to your shared album(s), as long as your own account remains subscribed to Lightroom.

The next thing I would check is to confirm your friends and family are signed into the free Lightroom Mobile app using the same email addresses which you've granted access to your album.  Your friends and family can confirm the email address Lightroom sees for them in the app's Settings.

Or perhaps the issue is more simple than this.  From time to time, relaunching the free app will show users a screen advertising premium service offers.  Similarly, these offers are displayed when users of the free app try to access premium features.  I mention these only to confirm that purchasing plans is not required for them to continue as contributing members of your own shared albums.

If problems are ongoing, a screen recording from them that you could share here (or send to me in a private message) might help clarify the problem.
