LR Mobile discover Page

Hello! I have recently been exploring all the features of Adobe mobile and I somehow cannot understand how these photos get into the Discover page? Can someone tell me how to share my photos on there too? Also, How do I see my profile if I have shared my photos? I'm so confused. Help 🙂
