LR mobile: How to crop an exact crop rotation.

I manage to get a correct rotation for the horizon, but then when I release my finger or pen from the screen it messes that up again and tilts at a random angle based on my movement away from the screen.

Is there anyway to lock that in before lifting my finger/pen?
