LR mobile (iOS): Survey prompt won’t stop re-appearing

This survey prompt keeps appearing every time I open Lightroom mobile. I click dismiss, but when I come back to the app, it reappears. How do I permanently close it?

    Our apologies - a setting was missed on the server that caused this. It is stopped now. You may need to quit/re-launch Lightroom Mobile 2x to clear it from your app if you are still seeing it today. Please let me know if you are still seeing it after quitting/re-launching 2x.

      I am having the exact same issue on Android. I even completed the entire survey and I am still getting the popup everytime I navigate to a new area within the app. It is driving me insane.
