1. No, Merge to Panorama is not available in LrMobile.

2. Select the album containing the images you want to export, then in the grid view tap on the tri-dot icon top right and tap on the "Select Photos" option. That opens the grid into the "Select Photos" panel, there you can tap on the images you want to export and they'll be given a blue checkmark to indicate they've been selected. When done with your selections, tap on the "Share" icon at the bottom of the screen to bring up the usual export dialog where you can select your export type and proceed to export all the selected images.
