LR mobile não reconhece arquivos RAW CR3 Canon em tablet Samsung

Dá última atualização para agora o Lightroom deixou de reconhecer os arquivos RAW da Canon (CR3). Antes era possível usá-los importando eles direto da galeria do tablet, hoje em dia nem isso é possível. Estou com o app em sua versão mais recente (10.5.4).

Estou usando a seguinte versão do sistema operacional no tablet:

. Versão do Android: 15

. Nível do patch de segurança: 1 de juho de 2025

Sorry for the delayed response! Thanks for sharing the details and screenshots — that’s really helpful. Could you please confirm if you’re still seeing the same issue after updating to the latest Lightroom Mobile version (v11.0)? We’ve made a few improvements around file handling, and it would be great to know if the problem persists with this release.

Hi @Edmar Fotógrafo, welcome to the community!
Could you share a few more details about the issue? What happens when you try to import your CR3 files? Do you see an error message? If you’re able to share a screenshot, that would really help us understand what’s going on.
As a first step, it might be worth clearing your cache. To do that, open Lightroom, tap the three dots in the upper right corner, go to App Settings, then Local Storage, and tap the Clear Cache button.

Olá, obrigado pela resposta.

Então, não aparece nenhuma mensagem de erro, mas os arquivos não ficam habilitados para importação ou nem aparecem.

No print anexado você vai ver a minha tela de seleção de arquivos do dispositivo pelo LR, ele lê os arquivos JPEG mas não lê os arquivos CR3, eles nem aparecem.
