LR Mobile not exporting portrait images (rotation issue)

Portrait-shot photographs aren’t exported in portrait orientation, but are correctly oriented when imported viewed in LR Mobile after import. 

 

Shot on a Nikon D810, using Lightroom mobile on iPad (version 5.3)

Hi,

This has fixed the issue, thanks so much for the quick turnaround time.

 

I would however like to point fault at your support desk team, who are still (this morning) trying to point the blame at the iOS built in photos app, or how the image was imported from the camera incorrectly, or just about anything that is not lightroom to be honest! If I didn't know that this avenue of support existed, I'd be left feeling very frustrated
