LR Mobile not in sharing options

TLDR: LR app not showing up in sharing settings/more on iphone ios 12.0 - trying to figure out how to add it in

i am trying to import presets because i do not have the desktop version. Basically i am not able to download the file and open it in LR because LR is not showing up, even in the more section. It also doesn’t show up when i go from my camera roll and try to export it into LR, all my other apps (not photo editong) are there (ie open in google, mail, notes) but not LRM.

I was told by apple to contact adobe because it is an issue with the app and not with ios.
