LR mobile not pasting settings

Anyone have any ideas why LR mobile will not paste copied settings? This just started happening. I'm in Edit mode and everything looks normal when I copy the settings. It asks to check which ones and even pops up "settings copied to clipboard" but when I paste to another photo nothing happens. I synced the raw images to my phone thinking that it didn't like the smart previews but that's not working either.
