LR mobile (please move this post if this is not the correct place)

Currently have a S9 Ultra Samsung Andriod tablet 

I manage to get my raw .CR3 files onto lightroom mobile 

A feature i see says Filter by the following
stars/ flags type etc 

but not sure how to asign these filters on the photos can someone help
