LR Mobile presets gone

Hi,

I have a premium account of Adobe LR and Photoshop. I also use LR mobile. I have just opened my LR mobile app and all my presets (I had dozens) are gone! 
Why does this happen every time in a while? It's so frustrating and inconvenient. 

 

Any help, please?

I add some extra info: I have imported again my presets into LR and have synchronized the cloud. However, my presets keep on missing in my mobile. They do not show up.
