LR Mobile stuck in preparing export loop

Any time I try to export photos I have edited on LR PC to show/send to clients via mobile or just to have on my phone to show friends. Photos will not save or export from LR mobile, it just gets stuck on "preparing" for half an hour. Yes I have internet and wifi connection, no it should not take more than a few moments to export since emailing the photo to myself it downloads within a second.

This has been an on and off bug for around 3 months but now totally ruins using the mobile version of the app.

Yes the app has full permissions to access storage.
