LR (NOT CLASSIC) Issue

My LR CC is fully up to date, all files and synced & backed up.

I am having trouble exporting, when sync is on nothing will export, with sync off I can export some of the file but not all & get an error saying turn synce on will assist.

Ive attempted to engage with the Helpdesk, hours of discussions/waiting & even an hour on the phone with an Adobe rep who assured me they would reply within 12-24 hours after spending several hours remote accessing windows PC. 

Help..beyond stressed.

Hey, @Kim306019121h2w. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. Thanks for sharing these details.

 

I've found the case in your account, which appears in progress. I'll notify the team to follow up. Please update Lightroom to v6.4 from the Creative Cloud desktop app. Try these steps:

 

  • Create a test album in Lightroom.
  • Right-click on the album and save the album locally
  • Export the album to an internal storage location.

 

Check apps that have been updated recently, windows updates & the antivirus/software program on the computer to find if Lightroom or its components are not blocked or interrupted while accessing the internet and the local storage.

Hey, LR CC is V6.4, all updates are currents (windows + antivirus)

So not sure what next?. I have work Id urgently like  to DL
