I have LR as a Desk Top product and have the trail version of Topaz Denoise and set it up as a plug-in.  After setting up hte plug-in in LR, it does not work.  I continually get an error message saying, "Unexpected error performing command; Bad Argument #1 to 'Lower' (string expected, got nil)".   Any suggestion would be appreciated.  Thanks

Do you have any other plugins? Are you certain that it is this Denoise plugin that is causing the problem? If you are, you really need to contact Topaz because the error is in their code.

I have spoken to Adobe and Topaz. The error is definitely a LR error. I
further found out from Adobe that I have an older version of LR which is
why I am getting the error. And the version I have is no longer supported
by Adobe and thus I am unable to get any updates for my LR. I person I
shattered with immediately began to tried to sell me on the cloud product.
I really got little assistance from Adobe and Topaz.
