LR to Flickr / Instagram Connection

The Connections panel includes several services I've never heard of, and even SmugMug, but not the most commonly used services - I am very surprised to not see Flickr or Instagram there. Yes I can use the Share Sheet to Flickr from iOS, but sometimes I'd like to post from the desktop app, without having to Export first. 

I post all of my images first to Flickr, second to Instagram, and it sure would be great to be able to do it directly from within the app!
