Lr vers 10 Software requirements for Galaxy Android phone.

I have a Galaxy A10s, Android version 11, running Lr 8.2.3. Security patch level Mar 1 2023.

I have not able to get the upgrade download in Adobe Creative Cloud App.

What is the required Android level requirement for Lr 10.
