LR web based won’t save images

Question

I've been editing photos using the web based platform.  When I exit the photo it doesn't save the changes that I've done. I've applied the Save function. What am doing wrong?

Thanks for sharing the details. Could you help us with a bit more information so we can narrow this down?

Which browser are you using to access Lightroom Web?
If possible, can you try from a different browser or internet connection to see if the issue persists?
Also, could you please share a short screen recording of your workflow? That will help us understand the exact steps you’re taking and how the app is responding when you try to save.

With these details, we’ll be in a better position to identify what’s causing the problem.
