LrC to LR Migration- Unexpected Error

I am attempting to migrate my LrC catalog to LR Desktop on Windows 10. When I do, I get an error that reads: "Something went wrong Error in processing source data This is not an expected situation. Please contact customer support."

 

LR Desktop Version 6.3.1

(LrC Version 12.3)

Windows 10

 

Catalog is on C SSD 144 GB Free (Internal)

LrC Pictures on D Drive  533 GB Free (Internal)

Using External Hard Drive (E) for the LR pictures 1.24 TB Free

Adobe Cloud Account: 1.97 TB available

Size of Assets to migrate 606.37 GB

 

Ensured: No Mising Files, No metadata conflicts, all folders are created as albums, collections were made from smart collections, catalog optimized

For LrDesktop

  • Go to Preferences
  • Account Section
  • Hold down the [Opt/Alt] key to make [Diagnostic Log] button appear.
