Lrc to Lr sync

Is anyone else having issues with the sync in the new versions of Lr? Used to be that I could create collection set and albums and once I synced them to the cloud everything went up the way I set it up in Lrc. Now the collection sets do not show up, all the albums are placed anywhere but where I put them and sometimes it doesnt even sync all the edits I have made.

Am I missing something or this program is becoming useless?

Having to edit in Lrc and then do the same for Lr it is definetely useless.

But more than likely, or so I hope, I missed something and there is solution for all this.

Feed back please.

Collection Sets do not sync, and never have. However, the collections inside a Collection Set will sync to the cloud, provided of course sync has been enabled. In any of the Lightroom apps, the synced collections will appear as albums in the Album list, and will be sorted alphanumerically. Same in reverse, you can create albums and you can also add them to "Folders" (which are Lightroom's equivalent to Collection Sets), then in LrC the albums will appear as collections (and stored under the "From Lightroom" collection set), but the Folders will not appear, as these do not sync to LrC.

Whenever a sync question is involved, it is useful to ask if the problem is the Syncer or the Recipient.  The only sure way to decide which side is failing is to log in at https://lightroom.adobe.com and see if the Classic to Cloud is working correctly. If so, then the problem is Cloud to Lr.  Do you know if the Cloud is correct or also missing the information?

Thanks for the response. It is syncing a little faster now but it still does not recognize the organization I set in Classic. It ignores completely the set and folders,  both in Cloud and Lr. In one case it sent a collection to set dfferent that the one I put it under in Classic. Just weird.
