Ola, minha internet está estável em sem falhas, consigo fazer atualizações em outros softwares, mas nos da ADOBE não, vou tentar outras maneiras, muito obrigado.

Hi, my internet is stable without fail, I can make updates to other software, but not ADOBE, I'll try other ways, thank you very much.

Also, please make sure that the Creative Cloud Desktop application is up-to-date.
