I have been having issue trying to import .dng presets into Lightroom CC Version 9, I have checked computer permission, tried to copy the presets directly to folder, tried regular import. Any thoughts Thanks!

What do you mean by “dng presets”? Presets for Lightroom Desktop need to be in xmp format, what is the file extension of the “presets” that you are trying to add?

I was typical for preset developers to make presets available for Lightroom Mobile in the form of a DNG image file which had the preset adjustments applied, thus enabling the user to import the DNG image file and then create a preset from the adjustments which had been applied. That process isn’t needed for Lightroom Desktop, so presets can be supplied in regular preset format, which should have the .xmp file extension.

You have posted in the wrong forum. You want to post this in the Lightroom Ecosystem forum.

PS: There is no software known as Lightroom CC (Adobe used to use that name but it has been discontinued for years)
