má sincronização / Sync issue between Lightroom Mobile and Lightroom Desktop in Windows

eu usava o lr no celular, então baixei no pc, e apaguei o app do celular... pois não estou mais encontrando fotos que já estavam lá, elas simplesmente sumiram, mas estavam lá a dias e no computador é como se não existissem, alguem pode me ajudar?

Hi there,

We're sorry about the trouble with Lightroom.

Which version of Lightroom Mobile and Lightroom Desktop are you using? So you cannot find the images on Lightroom Mobile in your Lightroom Desktop app, right? Are you logged in with the correct user ID?

Did you sync the images before uninstalling the application? Were the photos captured by Lightroom mobile camera or other application? Do you have a backup copy of those?
