Mac export raw to JPG XMP error

Question

I'm trying to export small JPG files of raw images on my Mac. A window opens that says unable to export, and the .text file that does export says "XMP develop error." Full disk access has been granted in my Mac system preferences and I've done it 10 times on a PC no issue. Thank you.

Hey, @bradley_5103. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out.

Does this happen with a specific image? Share a screenshot of your export settings.

Where do you keep your Lightroom Catalog and images? On the internal or external drive? What is your target location for export?

As a primary step, try this:

Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor > Set it off if it is on Custom or Auto. If this shows you any differences, please check this article to troubleshoot further: https://adobe.ly/43rvyUL
