(macOS) Uploading to the Lightroom cloud failing in browser.

Hey - I'm having loads of issues uploading .raf files to the lightroom cloud through the browser. I chucked in a load of files and left them to upload over night, the first 25% uploaded fine (though I cant find them anywhere in lightoom), but something interrupted the upload so it seemed to stall. I couldnt get it going again, and now I cannot upload anything at all to the cloud, everything instantly fails.

I've checked storage and it says I've used 80gb of my 1tb allowance.

Can someone please help me with the uploads?

thanks

Hey, @Rob30766712k9bb. I'll help you figure this out. What version of Lightroom & the macOS are you working on?

Check Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) & clear any incomplete sync items. Try these suggestions:

  • Import a small number of images at once.
  • You're uploading through Lightroom in the web browser, and the browser could get choked with caches of incomplete uploaded items. Try clearing the browser's caches too.
  • Instead of using Lightroom Web directly through the browser, use the desktop app & check if the issue exists.

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
