Manually add focal length and aperture info to Exif data in Lightroom

I use various adapters to attach Canon FD glass to my Canon RP and my Canon 5DS. The cameras will capture ISO and shutter speed in the metadata because they are camera settings. It won't capture the focal length or aperture because the lenses are analog. I jot down the info for most shots and want to add it to the Exif metadata. Is there any way to do this?
