Maskieren (Masking Error)

Hallo zusammen

 

Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen? Ich kann bei Lightroom das Motiv nicht mehr maskieren. Es kommt immer die Felhermeldung, es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Es ist ein unerwarteter Fehler aufgetreten und deine Anfrage konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden.

Are you using Desktop or Mobile?

What computer or device is Lightroom installed on?

Which software version of Lightroom is installed?

What photo format is he masking failing on?

Vielen Dank für die Antwort.

Ich verwende es auf dem PC. Auf dem Mobile Gerät, Iphone, kann ich maskieren, da funktioniert es.

Ich habe die Lightroom-Version: 7.5 x64 installiert.

Ich kann auf keinem Foto maskieren, sei es das Objekt, Himmel oder Hintergrund.

Hey, @samsf17678611. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. Does this happen after a specific series of steps? Please share the system info from Lightroom Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload & attach here.

 

Once you start getting the errors, go to Edit > Preferences > Performance & check if the GPU is still enabled. Also, please share a screenshot of this panel. 

 

Check the Processes in the Task Manager (Windows) for unexpected read/write operations & understand how much of the resources are being utilized by Lightroom. 

 

Test some variables like:

1 - Unplug any external peripherals & use wired input devices.
2 - Temporarily, unplug extra displays & only keep one active at a time.
