Maskieren sorgt permanent für den Absturz

Question

Hallo, seit ein paar Tagen ist es mir nicht mehe mögichm etwas zu maskieren. Bereits wenn ich nur das Tool öffne, wird der Bildschirm schwarz und lightroom arbeitet nicht mehr. Dann stürzt es meist komplett ab. mein Laptop ist zwei wochen alt und verfügt über 32gb ram. Daran sollte es NCHT liegen. Ich habe LR bereits deinstalliert und neu installiert, aber das Problem ist unverändert. Ich bin ratlos und benötige das Tool zum Arbeiten dringend...

Are you still experiencing the same behavior? If yes, please go to the Help menu in Lightroom, then System Info, and copy the text. You can share the info with us by either pasting it as a reply here or in a text file and sharing the file with us.

You can try to reset the preferences of Lightroom using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/3WvX5lz

Though the article attached is for Lightroom Classic, the keyboard shortcut mentioned, should work for Lightroom as well.
